Evaluation Guidelines and Standards
The CES Guidelines for Ethical Conduct outline standards of conduct that are to be maintained by all CES members when they conduct evaluations. CES is a sponsoring member of the Joint Committee on Standards for Educational Evaluation. The Joint Committee has produced evaluation standards for Program Evaluation and for Personnel Evaluation. The Joint Committee is also in the process of producing standards for Student Evaluation.
While CES has not formally adopted any of these standards, it does support the Joint Committee's work.
