Upcoming PD Course: Strategic Project Management for Evaluators

Strategic Project Management for Evaluators

With more than 47 tools and processes used in Project Management, do you know which ones are best suited to your evaluation practice? Strategic Project Management for Evaluators is a one-day course focusing on theory and hands-on experience applying four PMBOK® derived light-touch project management tools that have been tailored for evaluation projects.

Taught by Alison Paprica PhD, PMP. Paprica is the Principal and founder of RPM – a boutique consulting firm that provides strategic, light-touch project management services and training. Attendees are encouraged to bring their laptops for interactive exercises.

Next EvalCafe MeetUp

The next Evaluation Cafe will be held March 23 at Fox and Fiddle (27 Wellesley Street East). The topic is Evaluation Sharing Human Right Stories through the Arts:

Our next event is a way to give back and learn at the same time. During the Meetup, we'll work collaboratively to provide JAYU, a nonprofit that shares human rights stories through the arts, with advice on how to address their evaluation challenges.

JAYU's Executive Director, Gilad Cohen, and their Director of Operations, Alicks Girowski, will start by presenting their work and their evaluation needs. Then, we'll discuss possible solutions in small groups; before presenting and discussing with the rest of the group.

CES Ontario is proud to sponsor Evaluation Cafe.
