Taught by University of Waterloo faculty, this advanced, interactive workshop will enable participants to develop program theory, including theory of change and action and apply contribution analysis to a theory of change example.
The Credentialed Evaluators competencies aligned through this workshop include:
- Technical Practice – Understands the knowledge base of evaluation and specifies program theory (theory of change, theory of action)
- Situational Practice — Respects the uniqueness of the site and examines organizational, political, community and social contexts
- Interpersonal Practice — Uses facilitation and interpersonal skills, working with partners and in teams (case studies)
- Reflective Practice – Respects all stakeholders and pursues professional networks and self-development to enhance evaluation practice.
This course is organized by CES Ontario Chapter and applicable towards your application to, and maintenance of, the Credentialed Evaluation (CE) designation.
