CES-ON Refund/ Credit Policy
Procedures
Tickets will be refunded in full if a cancellation notice is received via email 48 hours prior to the session; otherwise the participant will be refunded the ticket price less an administrative fee of $20. If you wish to cancel, please contact Kaitlyn by email at admin@evaluationontario.ca. No refunds are possible after the event has begun. In the case of illness or medical/family emergencies, please contact the chapter for next steps.
